2. Data we process and where it comes from
We process the data you provide yourself: mainly your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter. In addition, browsing data is processed through cookies (see Cookie Policy).
3. Purposes of processing
- To send you the «Eso no fue suerte» newsletter and related content.
- To deliver the free resources (lead magnets) you request when subscribing.
- To manage and improve the service and to respond to your enquiries.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you give when you subscribe and confirm your email (double opt-in). You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
5. Recipients and data processors
We do not sell or transfer your data. We work with providers acting as data processors:
- Kit (ConvertKit, LLC) — email marketing platform (USA).
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting (USA).
- Cybot A/S (Cookiebot) — cookie consent management (EU).
6. International transfers
Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area (USA). Such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Retention
We keep your data for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, it will be deleted or blocked in accordance with the applicable legal retention periods.
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to mrtimonda@gmail.com. You can also unsubscribe using the link included in every email.
If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
